He was predeceased by: his parent Michael Dzuranin. He is survived by: his parent Helen Evancho Dzuranin; his wife Irene; his children, Carol Stankowski, Kenneth Stankowski of Hamilton, Edward J. Dzuranin, Cynthia Dzuranin of Eastampton, Nancy Strano-Petty and Charles Petty, Jr. of Virginia Beach; his grandchildren, Nicole, McElroy, Matthew Stankowski, Jeffrey, Jason Dzuranin, Michael, Petty, Ryan and Eric Strano; and his great grandchildren, Brielle and Tessa Dzuranin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation.
