She was predeceased by: her parents, Eduardo Hernandez and Antonia Torres; her son Carlos A. Rosario; her grandson Carlos M. Rosario, Jr.; and her brother Francisco.
She is survived by: her grandson Juan Carlos Rosario; her siblings, Pedro and Nilda Hernandez; her children, Ivelisses Torres (Miguel A. Torres, Sr.), Florentino Garcia, Annette Rosario and Jose A. Rosario; her grandchildren, Lissette Berrios, Amanda M. Torres, Valerie (Joel Berrocal), Angel Torres, Jr., Anthonio Torres, Cassandra Garcia, Jalissa Berrios and Carla M. Rosario; her great grandchildren, Jaliel Berrios, Xoeanie Berrios, Giovani Martinez, Amelia Diaz, Yaviah Gonzalez, Sienna Berrocal, Eliza Berrocal and Eliud Figueroa-Torres; her siblings, Rafael Hernandez (Rosa M. Ortiz), Aida Hernandez, Eduardo Hernandez (Aracelis), Ramon Hernandez (Carmen Burgos), Leonicia (Ifrain Delgado) and Nancy Hernandez (Raul Aviles); and her sister-in-law Lucy Delgado. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
