He is survived by: his pet Yogi; his wife Lillian Occhipinti; his daughter Nola Occhipinti-DeRita; his son-in-law Philip C. DeRita; his daughter Karla Paquette; his son-in-law Jason Paquette; his grandson Angelo DeRita; his sister-in-law Carmen Guevara (William); his nieces and nephews, Gerry Hurtado (Emily), Dennis Guevara (Natasha), Margarita Baldeo (Sam) and Jennifer Torres; his niece-in-law Rena LaCava; and his close friends, Robert Bucchi, Jurgen Strauss, Michael Kostinas, Walter "Sam" Engelhardt, Jerry Oriscello, Paul Ferrara, Denise Sadvary and Pamela Sadler.
