He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Ketchum (Jeff); his grandchildren, Anna Lee Smolinski, Dayna Ketchum and Jeffrey Ketchum; and his sister Elizabeth Cooper (Carole Salat). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
