He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Sr. Barnes-Talbert and Anna Mae Barnes-Talbert; his brother James Talbert; and his siblings-in-law, Willie Henderson, Larry Glover and Joann Mason.
He is survived by: his wife Vera Talbert; his children, Darrin Talbert (Monica), Nicolas Talbert (Amanda), Kenneth Talbert and Paige Talbert; his grandchildren, Paige A. Loyd, Pia L. Talbert Moore, Morgan, Madison, Blake, Justin, Nicole and Maxwell; his brother Robert Talbert (Diane); and his sisters-in-law, Edith Henderson, Brenda Pittman (Willie) and Lottie Glover. He is also survived by other grandchildren, relatives and friends.
