He is survived by: his sister Ethel Cook; his wife Lola Cook; his daughter Sophia; his siblings, Theodore Cook, Howard Cook, Kathy Cook, Charlene Cook, Helen Cook, Lawanda Wilkin (Skyes), Mel Weldon, Char Weldon, Marie Hodges, Gene Hodges, Johnice Thomas, Gary Lovett, Kim Lovett, Caleb Lovett and Pat Lovett; and his aunts, Caroline Brown (Henry) and Mrydle Kinloch. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
