He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry Perfater, Sr. and Alice Wimpenny Perfater. He is survived by: his wife June Cooper Perfater; his children, Jeffrey of Atlanta and Susan Zitofsky; his grandson Alexander Zitofsky (Sasha) of Fanwood, NJ.; and his sister Elaine Haney.
