It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cesar Ortiz (Trenton, New Jersey), who passed away on October 12, 2019, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his brothers, Iron Work, Comcast and Carroll Industries; his parents, Ligia Martinez Rodriguez and Ramon Rodriguez; his daughters, Ashley Marie Ortiz and Yazminelly Marie Ortiz; his granddaughter Mariana Mercedes Ortiz Serrano; his siblings, Sam Rodriguez (Nicole), Susan Santiago (Jose Juan), Carmen Lidia Rodriguez (David), Myrna Afanador (Eddie), Ramon Rodriguez, Jr. (Maria), Maritza Ortiz Ayala (John Gomez), Maribel Ortiz Ayala (Luis Velazquez), Orlando Ortiz and Adela Marie Rivera; and his friend Annie Audrey Smith. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
