She is survived by: her parent Josephine Wizga Kozak; her siblings, Stella Jacobson, Mary Tackett, Anna Maziarz and Joseph Maziarz; her daughter Debbie Stevenson; and her granddaughter Katie Stevenson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great- and great-grand nieces and nephews.
