He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecilio Sandoval and Angelina Sagastume; and his son Edwin Sandoval. He is survived by: his wife Florinda Yanes; his children, Nery, Ludin, Selvin, Angelita, Celinda, Iris and Eida; and his children-in-law, Zenaida, Mariso, Evelyn, Cesar, Jose, Ronald and Geovanni. He is also survived by his 29 grandchildren; his two great granddaughters; his brothers and sister; and many cousins and dear friends.
