He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. Marfino Sr. and Catherine DeLapo Marfino; his wife Agnes VanNess Marfino; his son Paul A. Marfino Sr.; and his siblings, John Marfino, Joseph Marfino, Dominick Marfino, Jennie Frascella, Mary Radice, Helen Zarrilli and Clara Cillo.

He is survived by: his sister Marion Scheetz; his daughter-in-law Linda Adams Marfino; his grandchild Paul A. Marfino Jr.; his wife Michelle Marfino; his great grandchildren, Julian Marfino and Ariella Marfino; and also Laura B. Marfino. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
