He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Borromeo and Adeline Biscardi Borromeo; and his siblings, Clem Borromeo, Edward Borromeo and Vera Dorsey.

He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Braconi of Mercerville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
