It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Kotkin (Township of Washington, New Jersey), who passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary and John Gorda; her brothers, John and Michael; and her former husband Howie.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur; her children, David and Carol; her daughter-in-law Laura; and her grandchildren, Matt, Emma and Cathy. She is also survived by daughter, as well as other family members and friends.
Even during times of social distancing, anyone who has suffered a loss deserves love and support more than ever before.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, a wildflower garden, which attracts the butterflies she loved so much, be planted in her memory. Donations may also be made to Saint Jude Children's Hospital or Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
