He was predeceased by: his siblings, William, Joseph, John, Emil, Edward, Agnes Wyka, Mary Walsh and Betty Janosko; his wife Ronnie; and his granddaughter Kellie.
He is survived by: his parents, John Sedlacik and Mary Sedlacik (Mizera); his children, Diane Weston (Scott), Katie, Andrew, Alex, Judy Burns, Dan Loesner, Valerie Loesner, Lisa Loesner, Daniel, Brittney and Matthew; and his siblings, Joe (Rosemary), Richard (Karen), Julia Walsh and Ann Castiglia (Joe). He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
