He was predeceased by: his adoptive father David Harper; his parents, Catherine DeRoo and Arthur DeRoo; and his brother Billy DeRoo. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Blum-Harper; his son Shane David Harper; his parents-in-law, Elise and Karl Blum; and his goddaughter MaryAnne Giordano. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces & nephews.
