He was predeceased by: his parents, Kiok Siang Ko and Ah Hok Lim. He is survived by: his wife Jane Lim (Lee); his sons, Christopher R. Lim (Ophelia Chiu) of New York City and Clifford N. Lim (Jessica) of Hopkinton; his grandchildren, Carter, Ellis, Olivia and Alexa; and his siblings, Joseph Juwono (Ivoni) of Cerritos, CA and Grace Jethrokusumo of Singapore. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, alz.org.
