He is survived by: his children, Teresa (Kevin Mahoney) and Joseph (Monica); his grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Mahoney, Kevin Joseph Mahoney, Faith Ann Costello and Grace Maria Costello; his sister Peggy Ratchford (Tom); and his nieces and nephews, Judy, Leah, Kelly, Kathy, Kim and Tommy.
