She was predeceased by: her husband William Kurdyla; and her siblings, Joseph Repac, Pauline Bradley, Helen Belus and Charles Repac.
She is survived by: her sons, William Kurdyla (Diane) of Wayne, NJ and Steven Kurdyla (Kathy) of Towaco, NJ; her grandchildren, Kaitlin Kurdyla of Wayne, Kimberly Forsyth (Jason) of Towaco, Jenna Zamora (Denis) of Wayne and Dana Lynn Kurdyla of Pompton Plains; and her great grandchildren, Delaney Kurdyla, Jake Forsyth, Natalie Forsyth and Phoebe Zamora.
