He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah Mc Farlane and Concetta "Jenny" Baer; and his nephew Jeremiah Polizzotti. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Bart Polizzotti (Lori) of Bradenton, Joseph Polizzotti (Elizabeth "Bunny") of Saddle Brook and Jean Oviedo of Saddle Brook; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jayson, Justin, Darren Oviedo, Aimee, Joseph, Nicholas, Elizabeth Polizzotti, Jennifer Potter, Christopher and Matthew Polizzotti.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. James R.C. Church, 32 St. James Place, Totowa, N.J. 07512 would be appreciated.
