She is survived by: her children, John H Duke (Beth) and Sharron Adcock (David); her grandchildren, Kimberly (Timothy), Christopher (Maria), Olivia (Ryan) and Jack; her great grandchildren, Alex, Melissa and Morgan; her great great grandchild Layla; and her friend Susan Michael.
