She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald O'Neil Sr.; her son John O'Neil; and her brother Harry Walski. She is survived by: her children, Ronald O'Neil Jr. (Marilyn), Maryann Polonis (David) and Lisa Pucci (Stephen); her brother John Walski; and her daughter-in-law Patricia O'Neil. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
