He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicola Bonavita and Maria Antonia Bonavita; his siblings, Francesco Bonavita (Lydia) and Anna Aloe (Frank); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Bonavita and Otto Carchia.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Bonavita; his children, Anna Carissimo (Joseph) and Dominick Bonavita; his siblings, Umberto Bonavita (Carol), Aldo Bonavita and Francesca Carchia; and his granddaughter Isabella Carissimo.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Biondi Funeral Home (540 Franklin Ave, Nutley, NJ 07110). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (76 Broad St, Bloomfield, NJ 07003). An entombment was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Glendale Cemetery (28 Hoover Ave, Bloomfield, NJ 07003).
