He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick and Ella; his brothers, Harry and Freddie; his wife Evelyn; his children, Arthur, William, David, Richard Jr. and Nancy; his grandson Steven; and his pets, Charlie and Stinky.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary, Linda, Lisa and Lori; and his friends, Jan and Avril. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
