He was predeceased by: his parents, Caesar (Assunta DeBlasio) and NJ of Lucy's Grade; his daughter Lisa; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Patrick DeBlasio, III (Dawn), Beverly DeBock (Lance) and Joseph DeBlasio (Suellen); his grandchildren, Tyler, Eric, Michael, Anthony, Christian, Nicholene, Joseph, Isabella and Elena; and his siblings, Alba, Robert and Theresa. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
