Nora S. Lyng Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Spille and Mae Spille; her husband John F. X. Lyng; her daughters, Nora Mae Lyng and Patricia Anne Yobs; her sons-in-law, John F. "Jack" Yobs and Richard Zigarelli; and her siblings, Mae Duffle, Claire, Edward Suchocki, Therese Schultz and Maris Norton.
She is survived by: her aunt Noreen; her daughters, Deirdre Zigarelli and Claire Lyng Rutz (Michael P. Rutz); her grandchildren, Jennifer Lee Hopton, Peter Morrison, Deirdre (Tom Brannon), Phoebe (Joshua Dudley), Max (Angela Kmeck), Claire Yobs, John F. X. "Johnny", Lauren Yobs, Naomi (Philip Capasso), Patrick (Jordan Rutz), Kevin (Elizabeth Rutz) and Rachael (Sal Biase); her son-in-law George Kmeck; and her cousins, Anne Morales and Carol Cortelyou. She is also survived by her 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the George's. Hassler Funeral Home (980 Bennetts Mills Rd, Jackson Township, NJ 08527). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church (935 Bennetts Mills Rd, Jackson Township, NJ 08527).
