With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathleen M Goudie of Toms River, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 25, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Goudie and Priscilla Goudie; her sisters, Suzanne Pinzino, Patricia Mussaw and Colleen Goudie; and her nephews, John, Robert and Brody.
She is survived by: her significant other Bart Capuano; her daughters, Christine McGee and Kelly Merlo; her son-in-law Steve; her granddaughters, Carly and Stephanie; and her siblings, Patrick Goudie (Nancy), Maureen Edore and Doreen Bennett (Brian).
A reception will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Layton's Home For Funerals (250 Lacey Rd, Forked River, NJ 08731).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Brody's Crew, a non-profit organization held dear to her heart, that supports families battling pediatric cancer.
