He is survived by: his mother Vera Johannemann; his daughter Kayleigh Johannemann; his fiancé Norah Devaney; his partner's children, Joshua Tafuri, Meghan Wolfe (Marc Wolfe) and Julianna Holden (Austin Holden); and his former wife Debbie Johannemann. He is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St Jude's Childrens Hospital.
