With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Joseph Swangler Jr. of Toms River, New Jersey, who passed away on May 17, 2024 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine A. Swangler (DeAngelo) and James Joseph Swangler Sr.; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristin Smiga and Chelsea Swangler; and his brothers, John (Christina) and Michael (Andrea). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
