He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Augustine Halligan and Mary Alice Radigan; and his sister Maureen Maughan. He is survived by: his wife Melinda P. Halligan; his children, Sean Halligan (Kristin), Mary Beth Riordan (Matthew), Gale Grennan (Cahal), Jamie (Craig), Rapczynski and Susan Drucker (James); his grandchildren, Brian (Kate), Michael, Robert, Patrick, Kevin, Hugh, Dermot, Maeve, Brendan, Timothy, Colin, Declan, Eamon and Owen; and his siblings, Joan Ryan, Rita Phillips and James Halligan (Anna).
