She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerardo Parisi and Angelina Parisi; her siblings, Gerard Parisi, Daniel Parisi (Ann), Rose Petrillo (Scott), Lucille LaMola (Louis) and Florence DeLorenzo (Frank); and her siblings-in-law, Immaculata, Angelo, Thomas, Joseph Fuscaldo, Ralph Caprio and Loretta DiMichele.

She is survived by: her husband Frank Sr.; her children, Dr. Frank Fuscaldo Jr., Angela Minsky (Neil) and Gina Franco (Gilbert); her sister Angelina Caprio; her grandchildren, Angelica, Michael and Hope; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Parisi, Barbara Fuscaldo, Carolyn Fuscaldo and Anthony DiMichele.
