He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Elizabeth; his wife Alice Gilcher; his sons, Thomas Riddick and Frederick W. Gilcher; his siblings, George Gilcher, Mildred Norkiewitz and Barbara Gilcher; his great grandchild Patrick; and his son-in-law Robert Cervati.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Cervati, Gary Gilcher (Maryann), David Gilcher, Laura Gilcher and Karin Gilcher. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and his nieces and nephews.
