He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Barlow; his siblings, Buster, Wiley, Ivan and Barbara; and his parents, William Ray and Zena Naomi Barlow.
He is survived by: his children, Sheila Eckert (Dan), Linda Parisi and Wayne Barlow (Sandra); his sister Norma Jean Ashby; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Blake, Megan, Griffin, Nicole and Krysta.
