He was predeceased by: his father Edward M. Dziepak. He is survived by: his former wife Claudia; his children, Edward M., Shawn P. (Jessica) and Savannah L. Dziepak; his mother Joan Ventura; his aunts, Patricia Bond and Rose Garbowski; and his stepmother Dorothy Dziepak. He is also survived by many loving step-siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his name can be made to local YMCA and Pop Warner Youth Sports organizations.
