He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Jenifer and Paul; his stepchildren, Christian and Samantha; his sister Alaina; his niece Shelby; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Nicholas, Sadie, Gwendolynne, Emily and Calvin.

In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate donations made in Doug's memory to a local music and/or art organization serving the community.
