She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ammoscato and Olga Ammoscato; and her siblings, Joseph, Jack and Joan.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Kaczynski; and her son Kristopher Kaczynski of Brick, NJ. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
