He was predeceased by: his father Henry Hulse; and his brothers, Richie Hulse, Thomas Hulse and Richie Grazul. He is survived by: his mother Mary Hulse; his brother Robert Rutherford; his wife Kathleen Hulse; his brothers, Gary and Hank; his children, Shane (Jodi), Mickey (Lisa), Dennis, Tammy and Christa; and his grandchildren, Britny, Rhiannon of Brynn, DJ, Colton, Gunnar, Piper, Bailey, Chase and Kendall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
