With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis M. Heffernan of Toms River, New Jersey, who passed away on May 22, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Heffernan and Elsie Heffernan; and his brother John Heffernan. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Heffernan; his children, Dennis Heffernan (Corinne), Christopher Heffernan, Debra Heffernan of Eatontown and Michael Heffernan of Toms River; his grandchildren, Skylar, Conor, Elizabeth, Molly, Emily and Nicole; and his siblings, Robert Heffernan (Irene) and Noreen Ferrara.
