He was predeceased by: his parents, John Westerlund and Antoinette Westerlund. He is survived by: his wife Dayna Duryea Westerlund; his son Robert; his brother John (Rayma); his nieces, Jennifer and Gina; his mother-in-law Therese Duryea; his siblings-in-law, Bruce Duryea (Nancy), Daniel Duryea and Debra Duryea (Marcello Sammarone); and his friend Debra Kunz.
