She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Forrester and Catherine D. Forrester; her brother William; her brother-in-law James Munday; and her mother-in-law Anne Russell-Ertle.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Russell; her children, William and Kira; her siblings, Marianne Munday, Virginia Bender (Richard), Doranne Rossiter, Michael Forrester (Deborah) and Karen Larkin (Kevin); her siblings-in-law, Mark Russell and Chris Russell; and her aunt Eileen Morris. She is also survived by her 16 nieces and nephews.
She was a courageous frontline physician treating patients during the AIDS epidemic and more recently during the COVID pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a charity of choice.
