She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo and Adelaide; and her husband Sal (Silvio). She is survived by: her children, Michele (Anthony), Michael (Debbie), Natalie (Jimmy), Kathryn and Thomas (Cheryll); her grandsons, Zac, Joseph and Ethan; her stepgrandchildren, Anthony and Kayla; her sisters, Marilyn (Steven) and Diane (Frank); and her sister-in-law Barbara (John). She is also survived by 3 sisters.
In lieu of flowers her family requests donations be made to Compassionate Care Hospice at Amedisys.com foundation, for her to be remembered fondly, and for sunflowers to be planted in her memory.
