He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Lemmo Maggio; his former wife June; and his siblings, Anne (Rosario 'Sal' Ribaudo), Joseph Maggio and Philip Maggio.

He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Savino Maggio; his daughter Maria Anne Maggio; his sisters-in-law, Teresa Maggio and Raphaela Savino; his stepchildren, Anita, Devin Donnelly, Donna Miller Rucci (Martin Rucci), Tony Scandiffio and Chrissie Mangino; his niece Rosalind Ribaudo; his great-niece Krisanne Pook Matthews (Dave Matthews); his stepgrandchildren, Jake, Korissa Donnelly, Josh and Jesse Donnelly; and also, Dr. Joseph, Nancy Maggio, James and Maria Maggio.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Dementia Society of America in Andrew's memory would be appreciated.
