She was predeceased by: her spouse Henry "Hank" R. Foss; her parent Harold Whitehead; and her sibling Marion Polazneck. She is survived by: her parent Edith Hann Whitehead; her siblings, Lois Osmun, Leslie Whitehead and Charles Stanley Whitehead; her wife Katherine of Corning, NY; her grandchildren, Michael Foss, Julianna Foss and Laura Stevenson; her great grandchildren, Madison Webster and Kyler Stevenson; her sister Bernice Whitehead of Ewing; and also, Gregory B. Foss (Angelina) of Medford, NJ and Susan J. Antos (Steven) of Stockton, NJ. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in Phyllis's memory may be made to the Centenary United Methodist Church.
