He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carlisi and Oranna Carlisi (Hutchcraft); his sister-in-law Karen Carlisi; and his son Michael Carlisi. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia J. Carlisi (Wilkie); his children, Scott Carlisi, Lisa Carlisi and Anthony Carlisi (Marisa); his brother Sam Carlisi; his grandchildren, Casey Carlisi, Matt Haldeman, Nicole Kominski, Adrian Carlisi and Sofia Carlisi; and his great grandchild Kaylee Haldeman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
