He is survived by: his mother Betty May Bielefeld; his stepfather Daniel Bielefeld; his father Edwin Johnson; his siblings, Suzanne Bielefeld (Ryan Dedrickson) and Edwin Johnson; his sister-in-law Colleen Johnson; his nephews, Christopher and Trevor Johnson; and his pets, Bo, Cody and Jack.
