He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his parents, Pasquale Mellone and Mary Mellone; and his sister Sally Ann Albaladejo. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa West (Jay); his grandchildren, Demetrius West (Sierra), A. J. West (Maite), Quincy West and Shanna West; his great grandchildren, Demetrius West Jr. and Dustin West; and his siblings, Michael, Kenneth, Joanne Mellone and Patricia Dametz. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
