Patricia T. Votey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia T. Votey of Tinton Falls, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 20, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward H. Thaete, Jr. and Harriett Thaete (Hirt); and her brother Edward H. Thaete, III of Mission Viejo, CA.. She is survived by: her husband Ted; her children, Scott (Linda) of Easton, Christine LaFrance (Peter) of Freehold, NJ, Peter (Mary) of Summit, NJ and Steven of Seal Harbor, ME; and her grandchildren, Suzanne Corson (Glen), Lauren Olesky, Laura Chaudhary (Kanush), Courtney Votey-Terrill Justin P. (Will), Votey, Christopher and Orion. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Teresa of Avila Church (306 Morris Ave, Summit, NJ 07901). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:15 AM at the Fair Mount Cemetery (233 Hillside Ave, Chatham, NJ 07928).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Red Cross or St. Teresa's of Avila Church, Summit.
