He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jallick and Jacqueline Jallick. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his son Ryan; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Jallick of Wheaton, IL; his daughter Christie; his son-in-law Kevin Bevacqua; and his grandchildren, Jack, Kamlyn and William.
