He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara (Plunkitt); his son Joseph Peter O'Connor; his brother Andrew O'Connor; and his sister-in-law Christine O'Connor. He is survived by: his children, Kathy O'Connor (Pat Curry) and James O'Connor (Gina O'Connor). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
