It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John W. Englert Sr. (Tinton Falls, New Jersey), born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on December 11, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor; his sister Dorothy Jerome (Joseph Jerome); his brothers-in-law, Norman Possiel and Anthony Giordano; and his daughter-in-law Judy Englert.
He is survived by: his sons, James of Avenel, John (Dawn) of Edison and Jeffrey (Sue) of Altoona, PA; his grandchildren, David Englert of Avenel, Kristy Battito (Anthony) of Brick, Kevin Englert (Irene) of Dover, NJ and Kerry Millan (Peter Millan) of Clarksville, TN; and his great grandchildren, Mariana Englert of Dover, NJ, Sebastian Englert of Dover, NJ, Christopher Englert of Dover, NJ, Leanora Englert of Dover, NJ, Marilyn Giordano and Ann Benedek (Charles Benedek). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many wonderful friends.
