She was predeceased by: her father Willie Frank Hill, Sr.; and her brother David Hill. She is survived by: her mother Vonciel Hill; her children, Patty D. Williams, Sophia Y. Williams, Fredericka Williams, Freddie G. Williams, Jr., Mark K. Williams and Dr. Hettie V. Williams; and her grandchildren, Ronnie J. Scott, Latrice Scott and Brandy Huntley. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
